Can I return or exchange my order?
We want to make sure that you are 100% happy with your DVD so of course we accept returns. Please visit our Returns page for more info.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We'll try! If you need to make a change please get in touch here.

How can I track my order?
We use USPS to send your orders, so once it is shipped we will email you the tracking details.

Where is my order?
If you haven’t received your order yet, please check your tracking number for updates via the apps or the USPS tracking website.

What is MovienSeriez warranty policy?
We have a 30 day warranty period from the date of delivery. We will replace or refund any DVD that is damaged or faulty on arrival. Please contact us within 7 days so that we can rectify this as soon as possible.
